Well I want some users I choose to have premium accounts. They will have more plugins, themes to choose from. The thing is I have no idea how to do this and I don't really code...

Save up your money, skip some frills for a bit.
join for the month, grab copies of everything they have, even if you think you won't use it.
There's this saying, and it goes, "You have to spend money to make money."
I know you're just a kid, but don't let that stop you. Just give up something you don't want as much.
(unless you have parents as strict as I am, then I know you're broke ;) )
