WordPress MU

Hi All,

I succesfully installed wordpress-mu in my machine.After that when i clikced on login button or when i browse to login page , it is throwing error :

"Server error!

The server encountered an internal error and was unable to complete your request. Either the server is overloaded or there was an error in a CGI script.

If you think this is a server error, please contact the webmaster. "

Any Help please

can you give us a link? there should be no cgi involved...
