I would like this to be an open thread for all who use Google Adsense in their wpmu sites.
The points of this topic are:
- What is the Adsense ad unit placement you found best in terms of revenue and - equally - site image? Is it sidebars, posts, header, footer .. etc?!
- What is the plugin/hack/method you found best for that purpose?!
- If you are using one Adsense template for all themes, what template colors you think are most suitable in your themes? Is it the default Adsense template? Or is it certain color combination you have created?
- Did you ever put Adsense in the admin panels of your users? Is it a good or bad idea?

As for my wpmu site, I haven't gone public yet. I have not chosen any method for Adsense.
I will not go for ad sharing; to spare myself any trouble of misuse or abuse from my users.
I am inclined now to create three (inc) files with one ad unit in each, and then include them in themes so that the ad code will be called through one simple line. Thus if I want to edit some ads or disable some, I have only to deal with three files at the most.. and the changes will be applied to all themes in just few simple steps.

Please share with us your thoughts, experiences, advice or (examples if possible) about any aspect in the points I have mentioned.
