WordPress MU

Hi,
I need a word press plugin , it should have to change all text area(text area that is added by any widget) to editor. I can explain, if i add that plugin, i can change all text areas of all widgets(which is included in that project) into editor format(may be TyneMCE). Presently there is so many editor that convert comment area into editor format. My requirement is different. I couldn't find such type of plugin anywhere. can you help me? or advice me? if yes its valuable for me now.

I think you should rewrite your question. TineMCE ist to help users write a comment for example. So what is your need now? to convert html into plain txt or what?
