WordPress MU

I had a buddypress site up but I backed it up and moved around some other sites and now I am trying to set everything back to the way it was.

The main page works fine but every link that leads somewhere internally gives me a Not Found(404) error.

Any thoughts?

Check your URL settings in the wp_1_options table in the database, chances are they are pointing to the old domain.

I backed up the database then opened it in vim. I did a replace of the old url with the new one. This worked fine for a couple of days until I start moving the files around.

My guess is that I messed something up in the apache folder(/var/www/).
