I have Google Adsense and as you know it looks at the content of the page its on to generate the ads relevant to that page. I want all my ads to be the same on all pages. This is fine on all my main pages, but on say my contact page, they are totally different because its running ads about contact pages. How can I make them the same sitewide?

I could be wrong, but I don' think that it is possible. the Google AdSense technology pulls keywords and info from the actual page it is on (the content).

If you must have ads on your contact page it might be a better idea to use something like an affiliate ad or Amazon.com affiliate ad where you could control just what it is shown.

You don;t have any control over what Adsense shows, really.

Best to investigate other ad schemes. (there's plenty, and they even pay more...)

Hmmm.. Yes adsense works on the content of the page it is displayed on, that's how it was designed to work as adverts that relate to the content are more likely to be clicked on - better for advertiser and publisher all around.

Though you can "advise" adsense about which parts of your page YOU consider to be more important. Have a look at the adsense FAQ's for more advice on this.

i was just wondering if there is a way to add some meta tags or something manually into those pages...anyone know about this? Or a way to add the text for adsense to use on the page but not have it affect formatting or be visible. Anyone ?
