I installed the "Change Admin Footer Text" plugin, but the site name that it displays is different than what is set up under the main blogs "Blog Name."
How can I change the "site_name" which is what the plugin is displaying.

Nevermind...sorry, haha, I was changing the wrong blogs site name...
