I have a WordpressMU (latest) installed and have 4 blogs. Today I wanted to add another blog. After I added it, I got the error "... blog not installed properly. Contact administrator". I did not have any problem when I added all other blogs.
I noticed that the new blog missed the options 'siteurl' and 'home'. After adding these manually it worked.
Any idea why these options were not added when the blog was created? I tried deleting and recreating it a couple of times, but no success. The only thing that has changed since I setup all blogs are some new themes and maybe a plugin. Could this have caused it?
