If we run an Mu wordpress site how do we keep other user blogs from using link juice from our site? Thanks

yes.
I have no clue what you mean :-(what do you fear? your main blog site, will actually gain a lot more than it looses by those outgoing links. I mean you will link to some of the blogs on the main site but all blogs will link back to your main site, so if you have just some good blogs, they'll all link back to the main one.
