WordPress MU

My host does an auto install of WP2.7 and I always do that so I am a virgin with a clean install of MU.

I use the extend panel with my hosting and need to set up a database.

There are 4 fields required thus:
Database Name
User Name
Password
Database Host

When I click on MySQL databases in extend and create database, I only have 2 fields - Username and Password.

Could somebody walk me through it?

I guess the DB name will be automatically created for you, i.e. db_07 or whatever and the Database host is localhost :-) in 99% of the times, it would only differ if your DB was located on another server than the one your site is located on...
