    I've installed the multi site plugin and I believe I have it set up correctly. But I am having a few issues:

    1. I have two domains bleepgate.com and themostlyhonesttruth.com

    2. I have set these both up and added bleepgate to the wp-admin control panel as a blog as well as in the plugin interface.

    3. With the plugin deleted from my mu-plugins directory everything works, but when I copy it over my themostlyhonesttruth.com links turn to bleepgate.com links and both bleepgate and themostlyhonesttruth.com point to themostlyhonesttruth.com.

    any ideas? thanks!

    check which options you used in clone site, some you need some may be conflicting, read the doccumentation to find out which ones to clone. i cant remember off the top of my head
