We search for info how to update our wpmu 2.7 installation to 2.7.1 Beta, withour success, can anyone help us and show the way ?
Should the new fils copy over existent installation ?

Normall you should only have to copy the files and run the global upgrade function from you global administrator account.
I upgraded from 2.7.0 to 2.7.1 beta yesterday and did exactly that.
It's always best to try this on a test installation first and of course you should backup everything prior to updating.
