it seems that the page can not find the widget files, the url from the admin control panel is :
http://blog.domain.com/wp-content/plugins/widgets/scriptaculous/dragdrop.js
how to add a rewriterule items to show this file correctly?

Move the scriptalicious folder to the wp-inst/wp-includes/js/ folder. That should fix it.

You may want to double check the readme file included in the widget plugin as well. I hate to say it but if you missed that step, you missed like three others. :)
