I just installed new blog on this link...

It worked properly on the default theme but whe i assign some themes i gor error message samilar to this in the post content
Fatal error: Call to undefined function: is_page_template()
in /home/content/s/a/f/*****/wp-content/themes/fusion/header.php on line 124
or
Fatal error: Call to undefined function: the_title_attribute() in /home/content/s/a/f/******/suramanra/wp-content/themes/dfblog/index.php on line 12
Please help ....
Are these WPMU compatible themes?

It doesn't have to be "wpmu-compatible" as much any more. many themes bork like this even on *single* WP installs.
Check the theme instructions. You may have to set up pages or add plugins. Just like you would on a single WP blog.
It's not MU - it's the *theme*.

1. This is the WPMU forum. Your link shows single WP install, so you should be asking there- http://wordpress.org/support/
2. The current WP version is 2.7 and there has been a new taxonomy schema since 2.3. Your themes most probably might have been upgraded as well and not compatible with your old WP version.

your answer made me try to upgrade my blog to 2.7 and i have done this successfully using this instruction http://luke.gedeon.name/how-to-upgrade-to-wordpress-27-the-easy-way.html
But even after upgrading the fatal error comes again when i switch to any other themes except the standard them and few other themes.
Furthermore I would like to know information about advanced customization to my blog beside the theme editor. if you take a look to my current blog at this link http://lana.safadi.com/suramanra/
you find that i tried to make the main index content is scrollable , it worked now but I need to add java script to change the vertical scroll bar format and to change the whole header and footer image.
Please if anyone have any idea about the previous customization, give me any hints.
