After I've installed WPMU 6 times, with/without subdomains I keep getting the page not found error when I click on "create new blog".

    Any idea whats going on?

    Got a link?

Have you tried any of the other permalinks, like to the first entry off the main blog?

Have you double-checked to make sure wp-signup.php is there on the server?

I have a similar problem. I have installed my blog to hunabayti.com, and have been able to edit permalinks for posts, etc. However, when I create dubai.hunabayti.com I get Page Not Found when trying to access that page or the backend for that blog. I have wildcards enabled. I am at a loss. Any help would be appreciated.

They're not enabled in Apache is my guess. It's in the readme - wildcard subs need to be enabled in TWO places.
