WordPress MU

Hi all,

Is there a plugin for MU that you can use to customise the initial blog creation / signup process that would allow the new user to provide additional information such as;

- phone numbers
- address
- other websites
- other emails

I basically need more information when users create a new blog in order to get in touch and also for support etc...

Kind of like the information a business would provide in a directory service listing.

I point you to that since there's a number of regular wordpress plugins that do the trick but most if not all require some modification for use on mu.
