I have a problem with spamblogs on my WP MU

I have a signup question.

I assume it is a human who signs up the shit on my site.

is there a way to see the IP from were the registration is made?
And if so
Can i block it some how

And while I'm at it

Cant find the file to edit the Meta widget anymore
