I would like to forbid people to register on my "main blog", but allow everybody to register and create new blogs.
I haven't seen any "per blog registration policy" ...
I can just accept or not new registration for the all MU installation.
someone have an idea ?

I could be wrong but there are 2 posts on this on the main page of the forum, so you wouldn't have had to search very far, just scroll down a bit.
And look at the "dashboard blog" settings. You can make it so users to the system are assigned a particular blog that is not the main one.
