As you can see by the multiple posts on the same isues, the recent builds) have all kinds of issues. For anyone looking to have less trouble installing, Andrew keeps older builds here:

Most of the ones from February through to April will install with very little issues. If you are having some serious problems (missing tables, no admin emails, errors everywhere) then wipe what you've got an install a previous build.
