    Hey,

I just logged in to my admin panel and found that my plugin menu wont expand, it's just a clickable button without a dropdown.

How can I fix this ?

    Thanks, Xeross

maybe because its disabled check => site admin => options to enable the plugin menu

thought the disable was only for normal users not admins.

why don't you just go check? Its one click!

    if it looks like this

    Menu Enabled
    Plugins X
Site Administrator Gets Limited Menus? X

then its disabled for site admins too.

Um, no. Even disabled the menu itself is visible to site admins.

And that second line is from the menus plugin.

the drop-down part of the menu is javascript. Maybe you've got errors? A conflicting plugin?

    Do the other menus expand?

Some plugins include javascript that conflict with the Admin's JS.

The plugin Gallery Slideshow Version 1.5.7 with Wordpress MU 2.8.6 disable the expandable Admin menus, for example.

The only way to find out is to deactivate your plugins one by one.
