Do you have an intention to create support of "communities", like in livejournal ?

Maybe one day that's possible with the number of regulars here increasing. We could come out with a support team as a part-time job. :)

may be you know if there is any multiuser blog script with comminities support ?

There is Tyepad, but you have to pay to use it. Drupal to is another. But there is already support for MU here. I sincerely learnt everything I got to learn here. :)

The closest thing MU has to a lj community is for someone to start a blog and add fellow users to it.

If it worked like lj it would BE lj, right? :D If you really wanted it more like that, why not install their code? It's OS too.

What specific aspects of LJ communities are you looking for? It seems to me that Andrea's sugggestion of a multi-user blog will get you much of what LJ community gives you. I like her second suggestion also...

I think elgg ( http://elgg.net ) has communities ;)
