When I visted Site Admin > Options I get

Otherwise the earlier issues I had with admin e-mail, spawn_ping, and foreach seem to be gone. Thanks donncha. The only nagging thing is the problem with snoopy which prevents site upgrades on host with fopen disabled. If we can get that fixed I'll be thrilled.
