WordPress MU

Nothing Found for subdirectory.

I have installed wpmu 2.7.1 in my domain

http://www.topblogthmes.com/demo/

Admin logging is working while post are not. I changed permalinks, but if i keep default permalinks (i.e http://www.topblogthmes.com/demo/?p=3 , test post is working, if i change this it will give 404 error.

I also created few blogs with this install but it also throwing 404 error.

I have installed wordpress single version in root of domain (http://www.topblogthmes.com)

any reason or any thing i need to redirect it to proper style ?

any one can give any info so that i can solve, i do know basic php and can edit files at my end :(

It;s not files you need to edit, it's the server config.

Do pretty permalinks work on the main WP install?

yes on main (root - single wordpress) working absolute fine.

any one can help ?
