I just installed the tweet this plugin that I deleted through my CPanel because my site hanged. Now I am getting 500 sever error. The error log gives me this:

My mu site is at /home/johanhor/public_html/ilocals/ and something is looking for non existing files.
I should may be look at my .htaccess file.
Any suggestions?
