Finding Caps Lock seems to be one of them.
Search for the virus and see if it's possible to remove it, or contact your hosts support department and tell them.
A link to where this is occurring would also be helpful.
Have you read this yet: http://codex.wordpress.org/Debugging_WPMU
First thing that comes to mind is whatever server you;re on isn't setup to run php. A quick google shows that to be the probable cause:
http://biipbiip.com/people works fine for me. I spent five minutes poking around the site looking for the error and found it here:
The security on this computer stopped an *.exe from downloading and now your whole site is blocked so I can't get any details. Considering that what I did see was mostly splogs on your install, maybe getting rid of them may be a good idea.
Your site, server, or computer has been compromised by a virus, trojan, or some other malware. This explains the default-filters problem you posted as well.
The exploit you're experiencing could be something in your install (a theme or plugin with malicious or just bad code), if it's on a shared host webserver it's possible that another customer on the server was hacked, or it could be that your desktop was compromised and you are unwittingly uploading the malware to your own site.
I recommend:
1. Make absolutely sure your desktop is clean and uninfected. I've had stuff get past enterprise level Symantec AV. I'm partial to Malwarebytes Anti-Malware to get rid of stuff.
2. Back up your database and blogs.dir.
3. Go through every file in your blogs.dir and make sure it's clean. Look for infected binaries, unexpected javascript, odd .htaccess, etc. Look IN the files, not just for unexpected files.
4. Change web hosts. (optional, but either you or another customer have compromised the server)
5. Reload WPMU and all your themes and plugins from clean copies. The copies on your HD may be corrupted (Google for Gumblar)
Good luck.
