WordPress MU

I have a wordpress mu install and I need to get one of the blogs out of it and make it a stand alone wordpress blog... is this possible?

The basic method is Dashboard -> Manage -> Export on the old blog and Import on the new one. You can work backwards I would think if you would rather use the *.sql files:

Please note that I say backwards as that's the "from a sinle to a wpmu install" instructions.
