what is the php code to insert into the wp-signup.php to send email of the data entered to the admin of wordpress mu when a new blog is created?
I haven't found this ability in any of the dashboard features.
I'm not looking for a plugin.
Examples would be very helpful.

That's really odd because that should happen by default anyway. Are you sure the default email address you entered when you installed is correct?
I haven't seen this feature working for a couple of releases now.

Ditto. I haven't seen a "You have a new user" email in ages.
Ticket 113 discusses the 'from:' email address in the emails being sent.
