I want to add a meta tag in header so can anybody tell me how to edit html of my blog????

you don't edit from wpmu. you can edit the theme, then upload the modified files. and if you want a global header, check this plugin out: http://wpmudevorg.wordpress.com/project/global-header

The SEO plugins out there let you add meta tags to the headers on posts as well.
