I am installing wordpress and the install completes perfect except when I goto the main wordpress page (index) after the install. The install page loops again and asks me to install again. This has happened several times in a row. Any ideas?

I installed in documentroot directory as per apache conf but it just loops back to original install page. Can I not install worpress mu in virtual host documentroot?
