I'm looking into Donncha's Sitewide Tags plugin in order to aggregate MU blogs into an aggregate blog.
The issue I'm having is excluding certain blogs from aggregating.
Is there a way to do this without setting that blog to private?

I have the exact same issue. Would be great if someone came up with an answer.
You can set them to mature and they won't aggregate, I think.
