WordPress MU

Looking for a plugin that allows users blogs to be reported to admin if objectional content or spam. Fopund a couple but for older version and download not available. Spent 2 days searching so far, any help?

I am making a local newspaper for residents to write their own stories, don't want to moderate everything due to freedom of speech plus I am liable if the content is racy and I approved it. I just want to be able to take down profanity, racist and/or spam based on notification by readers
