Anyone else having trouble with the visual editor disappearing with 2.8.1?
I just upgraded last night and now I get only the HTML editor for posts and pages. I've tried deactiving all my plug ins, but still get the same problem.
This is on my development site, so not critical. Suggestions?

Have you checked your user profile(s)? Toggle the setting to disable the visual editor to see if that returns it to normal.
Are you using the usegoogle offloading script? I had the same problem and found deactivating the usegoogle wpmu plugin fixed it
