After Upgrading to 2.8.1 the plugin "terms & conditions" causes an endless loop for new users.

The plugin checkes, if a user has agreed to the ToS - if not, it redirects him to

wp-admin/admin.php?page=terms-and-conditions/terms-and-conditions.php

where he has to accept the terms.

It seems, that wp-admin/admin.php?page=SOMETHING doesn't work anymore, the user is redirectet to the dashboard. But Dashboard is locked as long the user hasn't accepted the terms, so the ToS-Plugin causes and endless loop (for new signed-up users).

Does anybody know, how to open the
wp-admin/admin.php?page=terms-and-conditions/terms-and-conditions.php in 2.8.1?

I don't have that problem with the version I'm using... I have modified it a bit to not use text files (it stores the TOS content in the database). But, I didn't change how the menus work at all. I just tested in 2.8.1 and all was well....

Check that. On a new 2.8 install (post .1 pulled from trunk at Revision 1887), I'm getting the same problem. Time to dig in a little more, eh?

Okay, I hacked it up some more and posted it at wpmu.org. The new, improved, 2.8.1 (and alpha) compatible version. Have at it.
