Hi
Is there any option for blog users in the WPMU to change their theme or posts from their admin section?
Choice of customizing theme by user?.
Please guide me how to implement this feature? Do i need to take any plugin for this or what?

Changing their theme is built in. If they go to the Appearances menu, they'll see by default two themes they can pick for the front end of their blog.
And by changing posts, do you mean edit? Or change the look of? And yes, they can.
