I often develop demo sites on a subdomain and then migrate them to their own full domain using the MU Multi-Site plugin. I have so far needed to simply create the domain and import the data into that site's main blog.
However, is there a way to migrate from a subdomain on my own site to a full domain without having to add the blog once again?
I know it's possible to move from blog.example.com to blog.example2.com, but what about from blog.example.com to example2.com?
I'm using 2.8.1
