I'm just wondering, how to keep the local language texts [translated] and upgrate to the newer version?

How to see which sentences were the new sentences for the upgrade

By the way, I don't have it installed, but I would like to know before I start this project. I'm wondering how to keep the translation while I do the upgrades every time.
