I just noticed in my server logs that somebody from google.com.mt searched and found my site based on the terms "wp-cron.php?doing_wp_cron 500"
Is there a vulnerability somewhere in wp-cron that they're looking for? Seems like an odd search to me.

You'll often see odd things coming in as referer strings. I've seen referer strings which if I use those to do a search don't return my site at all.

Posted 15 years ago #I've seen odd referrers on other web sites before, but I like to check into some of them from time to time when I'm using software platforms I haven't written myself and therefore am unfamiliar with certain aspects of. :) I just wanted to make sure this wasn't some wierd back door that people use to inject something into the Wordpress cron interface.
