WordPress MU

I am looking for a programmer or Wordpress developer who can help me import all of the profiles, blog posts, and forum threads over to Wordpress MU with BuddyPress. I am a long time Wordpress user and am not very happy with my current level of service from Ning.

Can ANYONE point me in the direction of someone who can help with this? I know it will cost money and am ready to pay someone a reasonable fee.

How does Ning export, anyway?

We've got some great freelancers (and a dedicated MU / BuddyPress jobs board) over at WPMU Jobs.

Ning doesn't export (except for member profile data), but you have access to all the data.

Ning uses an object oriented db and not a relational one. I have seen posts roughly sketching out the steps to be taken to export, but have yet to see one that is top to bottom a complete path.

The simplest thing to do is copy and paste it all in.

How do I import the member data from a Ning member data export to BuddyPress?
