Site Wide Plugins (7 posts)

I found out two things about Site Wide Activation while using it:

    1. (This is already known) Plugins that are site wide activated, are not default 'activated' or included when the page Plugins/Installed is not visited.

    2. When you have one Site Wide Plugin, still site wide activated, you cannot de-activate it anymore. More than one works well but the last one just stays in the box: Currently Active Site Wide Plugins.

For issue 1 I will just use Plugin Commander again, but do you have a solution for issue 2?

For issue two, when trying to deactivate a sitewide plugin, do you get an error message at the top of that page?

There was a fix for 2.8.2, but I am not sure what file it was. Maybe download the files from trac and overwrite your current files to see if that fixes the problem.
