Im testing Wordpress MU in a free hosting service. They disabled the mail() function.
Is it possible to activate the account without sending email?
or any other option regarding activation of account without password sent tru email?

It's not possible unless you look in the signup table for the hash key but then you lose any chance of verifying blogs are from real users.
