I need plugin: owner of the blog can assign other users to friends and this friends can view her blog. Guests and non-friends - can't view.

First, use More Privacy Options installed in mu-plugins.

Then, each blog owner must visit Privacy Options page and select "Blog visible only to registered users of blog".

Finally, blog owners add their friends as Subscribers in the usual way: Users->Add new.

Result, only friends see the blog, all others see the login page or are redirected elsewhere.

Oh, if necessary, SiteAdmin->Options->Add New Users->Yes.

wow... For add user to my blog, i must know her nickname and email!! oh my got... This is... horror! If i dont't know email of user - how i can added into blog? (((((
