WordPress MU

Hello,

I have created a new user in our WPMu site. I've confirmed that the user exists by doing a search. But, when I go to add that user to the blog that they need to work on, I get the following message at the Users > Add new page:

"Sorry, that username already exists!"

I am entering the username and email address that they signed up with for their account. I don't see the "Add user from community" option either.

What am I doing wrong?

To add an existing user to a blog, you should go into your Site Admin->Blogs panel and click Edit on the blog you want to add them to.

Then on the right side, you'll see a list of users with an option to add new ones. Try adding them there by using their username.

Hi,

I tried to add the new user from Site Admin->Blogs panel (click Edit on the blog), but i got the following message:

"Are you sure you want to do this?"
"Please try again."

Is it because of the space between the username? e.g "karien lee".

Hope anyone there can help on this. Thanks alot.
