I've installed WPMU as directed in a folder within the root directory but now the domain says http://www.domain.com/WPMU/wordpress blah blah blah. Just wondering if anyone knows how i get it to be at just http://www.domain.com?

I've installed WPMU as directed in a folder within the root directory but just wondering if anyone knows how i get it to replace the normal WP installation i have at my http://www.domain.com?

Posted 16 years ago #If you aren't wanting to serve the WP install any longer, and you have the ability, just point your domain to the directory you installed WPMU in. That worked for me.
I didn't keep the WP install in my home directory but I wanted to be able to put things there that I could access through code, but the page server would not have access to.

Posted 16 years ago #Forgot to mention, you also have to change the docroot in your php.ini file.
