WordPress MU

I just made a recent post about embedding the login box on the main blog page. That worked except that it doesn't forward to the user's personal blog any longer :-(.

My entire problem here is that I want to have a login box on the main blog's page (and throughout the site), have that login box automatically forward to the user's blog (WPMU already does this but it goes to the Dashboard automatically), and bypass the Dashboard.

I really wish that the bypass Dashboard bit was included as an option built into the core on a per user status basis.
