WordPress MU

Hi,

I'm trying to get info on what might be called an automated blog network. I'd like to create a blog network where user's can signup for a user id and get their own page to post on. Something that wouldn't require me to approve submissions and do it automatically. I want to find a step by step process or at least any walkthroughs for setting this up.

can anyone make any suggestions please?
