I've use WP for awhile and am familiar with the Theme Editor under the Appearance menu. It's missing in my new install of MU however. Under Appearance it only lists Themes, Widgets and Add New Themes. I tried viewing directly in .../wp-admin/theme-editor.php and get a message that says page disabled by administrator. I checked out all the site admin options. So can someone help me resolve this issue please?

The theme editor as well as the plugin editor are disabled for security reasons in WPMU.

You'll have to edit the PHP files directly on your computer in a text editor or through CPanel on your sever.
