WordPress MU

WPMU sends me the email to confirm the new address but when I try to follow the url http://www.mysite.com/adminemail/52ca24b0f782a80ffaa933e0ee4/

I get a 404.

So I tried to make the "adminemail" directory and give the ownership to the webserver but that don't resolve the problem.

Anyone have the same problem?
