    I'm new to wpmu. Before wpmu, I used a plugin to get 404 notification emails. I don't remember installing it in wpmu and I've looked in both plugin folders and can't find anything, but I'm getting the 404 notifications. All would be fine except I would like to change the email address that they come to. I can't find where they're coming from. Any ideas? Is this a feature built into wpmu? Is it just always going to come to the site admin or blog admin?

    Also, the emails don't show the domain, so once I get several blogs going, I won't know which blog the problem is coming from. How can I change that?

    Well it's gotta be a plugin, as it sure isn't in there by default in MU. :)

    maybe you stuffed the plugin code inside another file? Or it's managed by your host?

    @andrea_r, thanks for the clarification.

    It took some digging, but I found it. It was a line that I added to my theme's 404.php file that sends the email. Wow. I can't believe I did that AND forgot about it. It's one of those things I did after reading a "top 10 wordpress tricks" articles. Wonderful thought, but just not practical for wpmu, not used in this way.

    Anyway, I'm taking it out. It doesn't really make sense to have that in the theme, in wpmu.
