WordPress MU

Hi,

I have WPMU installed and working fine in multiple sites.
I tried to define a front page - static page to be displayed when accessing one of the blogs. but no matter which page i choose to display, it always display a strange test post i created once and i can't even find it anymore in order to delete it.

any ideas?

here it goes:

my config:
WPMU running multiple blogs with domain mapping.
all working fine (after your help :)).

I would like to set a front page for one of the blogs in the following way:
1. going to the backend of the blogs from Site Admin --> Blogs --> blog backend
2. Settings --> Reading
select Front page displays --> A Static Page --> Front Page --> selected a page from the combo box
3. saved settings

Now when i'm visiting this blog, i'm seeing an old POST which I deleted long time ago, as the front page, instead of the page i selected.

You've got something wonky with your install, because the permalink to the hello post is also this:

http://wedding-cake-toppers.org/http:/wedding-cake-toppers.org/hello

What's it say in your wp-config.php file?

problem solved.

sorry , i feel stupid now :)

it was a conflict with an existing directory which one used this domain.
now deleted and problem is solved.
