1st of all i would like to say sorry about my typing tonight
i have got a damaged (damaged is the polite way of the doc saying god knows whats matter) foot and i am on some very powerful painkillers.

ive had a good ole google for data prot / privicy statements
in the UK for ideas on what to put on mine..

    any body got any recomendations?

The Data Protection / privicy side is straight forward
this is what i need off you this is what I will and won't do with it

T&C is a whole diffrent matter

You're in luck! The good people at Automattic have made their Terms of Service and Privacy Policy available under a creative commons license. So check out the following two links and modify the content to match your site.

You may also want to readover your own host's TOS and AUP as well just to make sure that you aren't missing anything from that doc. :)

I've been dropping hints that the WP.com TOS needs to specifically state that user-inputted adverts are not allowed. Adding that depends on your own interst for that for your clients.

No, I meant that if you didn't allow Adsense or certain types on content, be sure to put that in the TOS as well.

Or, in your case, put in a clause that says that they have to carry that advert to keep their blog.
